Steps:
  1. Create any built-in mesh like a sphere or any other.
  2. Subdivide mesh to add more randomness and deformation(optional).
  3. Deform Mesh using randomise function in edit mode.
  4. Render and save as image, you may also set it as your wallpaper ;)
  5. Experiment with different lighting, shaders and textures...
